INDUCTIVE HEATERS
The supply units for inductive heating consist
of three-phase rectifier, middle frequency inverter, transformer and inductor.
The inverters produce AC voltage corresponding to the given technology
– melting, heating. The inductors are formed fitted to the work-piece.
The operation frequency changes from equipment to equipment, usually between
1000Hz and 20kHz. The equipment contains closed water-cooling system.
The power range is 10kW...120kW.
The equipment is manufactured for individual orders.
The type, which is produced last, is MR-30-10EB.
