DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE BATTERY
CHARGER
The type FTA accumulator chargers serve to charge
the accumulator batteries and supply the DC loads of railway diesel locomotives.
The type FTA 3H charger needs three-phase input and the FTA H requires
one phase input. With both types, the energy transfer takes place through
a high frequency transformer, which ensures also potential separation.
The converters are supplied with input voltage sensor, protections for
the static total current, the current of the accumulator, the primary
current, the dynamic current and with thermal protection as well. Technikai
